Food and Beverage is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operations of Food and Beverage Services across the University's six Victorian Campuses. The area is primarily responsible for ensuring the following:
- Adherance to food standards
- Staff and Student satisfaction
- Monitor pricing, menu's and diversity
