Thinking of riding to campus
Well, why not turn that thought into action…
But how? To find a good route to campus head to www.bikely.com
It is a wealth of information – all you need to do is search for Monash University and your applicable campus and routes that others use will appear. If you have not yet ridden to work it is a good idea to check out the route on a weekend or a non-time constrained day. It’ll give you a feel for how long it might take and if there are hills to avoid!
Make sure you have all the required safety gear – a helmet is mandatory in Victoria, front and rear lights are required at night and a low light and a high-visibility vest is recommended. Any good bike shop will help you out.
